Excellent Guide

I used this as a reference guide in knowing the basic acronyms that are commonly used in Physical Therapy.The presentation of goals,history and documentations are also well incorporated in this book.Basic but definitely useful for starters and for professionals as well

SOAP Notes

This is a very well written book that gives you detailed instructions on SOAP Notes. Most instructors gloss over SOAP Notes and they can mean the difference between a successful re-imbursement or legal case. My notes were good enough to win a $2000.00 case. Not bad for a massage therapist!
